中文（臺灣）：成興挽善堂，人稱「乩堂廟」，創建時間為1887（光緒13）年，日治時期位址在羅東郡五結庄成興172番地，今址為五結鄉利成路一段169號。以關聖帝君為主神，配祀關平、周倉，今改稱「興安宮」。基地面積228.85坪，建築面積22.68坪；祭祀圈包含成興全部，例祭日為關聖帝君聖誕日農曆正月13日。其廟體建築立於三階疊石台基之上，兩側牆體以紅磚砌築；正面面寬三間，採出屐起，中央明間較次間為寬甚多，採「凹壽」作法，中央開三關六扇門；次間台度以下為清水紅磚牆，其上為編竹夾泥牆面，中央開圓窗；屋頂鋪以紅瓦，翹脊，脊面可見豐富泥塑剪黏。 根據五結庄役場1936（昭和11）年出版的《寺廟臺帳》，當時五結庄共有38處宗教建築，有37處是台灣傳統廟宇，1處日本神社（二結稻荷社）。其中，在利澤簡八大庄範圍內，則有14處台灣傳統廟宇。大多數廟宇今仍存，但規模、型態均與《寺廟臺帳》所呈現的樣貌不同。 |
