中文：開業超過10年的越南小吃店，老闆是越南新住民媽媽阿鶯，二樓是越南卡拉OK，阿鶯為人豪爽熱情，假日吃飯時間一到，可以看到她在店門口招攬客人用餐。這裡的菜色選項很多，來自中越和北越的幫廚和來自南越的阿鶯，一起讓這間店的菜色變成集合了越南各地的口味的「北中南」。菜單有中文，老闆阿鶯的中文也很流利，只是要記得畫菜單的時候不要寫正字號，越南店員習慣用阿拉伯數字點單。
來到阿鶯一定要嘗試越南知名小吃：鴨仔蛋，鴨仔蛋就是未孵化完成的雛鴨，有些網路介紹繪聲繪影地說鴨仔蛋會吃到嘴巴和羽毛，不過實際吃過才會發現口感就像硬脆又煮熟的蛋。越南的鴨仔蛋會附上一包調味粉和薑絲、九層塔，把調味粉灑在蛋上吃可以除去腥味，如果真的怕腥味的話就趁熱吃，越南朋友教我們要拿一個碗剝蛋殼，這樣才不會把蛋的汁液灑到桌上，也能把碗裡的蛋汁喝掉。 |
