中文：古大使文劍12月8日在世界氣候日之際，宣布我在海地援助之9套灌溉用太陽能幫浦系統已經啟用，其分布4套在西北部省、4套在西部省及1套在中部省。此一與環境部及農業部合作推動之計畫，可以兼顧永續發展之目標及農業開發的需求，乃因應氣候變遷之絕佳解決方案。
Français : L'Ambassadeur Wen-Jiann KU a annoncé l'inauguration de 9 systèmes de pompage à énergie solaire déjà fonctionnels dans les départements du Nord'Ouest (4), Ouest (4) et Centre (1), le 8 décembre 2022, à l'occasion de la Journée Mondiale du Climat. Ce projet piloté conjointement avec le MDE et le MARNDR représente l'une des meilleurs solutions pour faire face aux changements climatiques, car les objectifs du développement durable sont atteintes tout en prenant en compte les besoins du développement agricole.
