中文（臺灣）：此為1951年（民國40年）3月30日所拍攝之壽豐警察分駐所落成典禮。從照片的中央可以看到一塊匾額，而坐在匾額右邊的中山裝男子便是依據中華民國政府所頒布之「臺灣省各縣市實施地方自治綱要」所當選的第一屆花蓮縣縣長：楊仲鯨先生。而文字中的分駐所則是警察分駐所，分駐所和派出所皆是當時勤務執行的機構，負責警勤區之規劃、勤務執行及督導，而分駐所是在沒有設立分局之鄉、鎮、市、區中的最高執行勤務單位，其規模與編制皆比派出所還要稍大一點。本資料出自於《顧我洄瀾：花蓮歷史影像集》，此書由花蓮出身的葉柏強先生撰寫，是一本擁有大量歷史影像的書籍，於2016年（民國105年）出版，可以透過此書了解花蓮的城市變遷樣貌。 |
