中文（臺灣）： 宜蘭昭應宮是宜蘭市的信仰中心，位於宜蘭舊城中心處，坐東朝西，為三進兩廊之臺灣傳統廟宇建築，第一進為前殿，第二進為正殿，奉祀主神媽祖；第三進為兩層樓，一樓奉祀觀音佛祖，二樓奉祀三官大帝。
根據《噶瑪蘭廳志》的記載，宜蘭昭應宮當時稱「天后廟」，俗呼「媽祖宮」，坐西向東，1808（嘉慶13）年創建。中間主祀媽祖，左祀觀音菩薩，右安置萬壽龍亭。1834（道光14）年時改坐東向西，規模較為宏敞，由昭應宮現存楹聯與裝飾構件落款時間，其竣工落成時間可能是在1835（道光15）年。 昭應宮之前殿與正殿尚保存1835（道光15）年重建時之樣貌，後殿在二戰期間毀損，戰後在1964年開始重建，1975年竣工。 宜蘭昭應宮原為宜蘭縣唯一一座國家三級古蹟，2006年時因應新版文化資產保存法的修正，改指定為宜蘭縣「縣定古蹟」。 |
