Description
中文（繁體）：本建築為日治時期屏東火車前唯一的旅社，足以見證屏東市之發展史，建築師陳仁和為戰後南部十大建築師之一。建築型式為日治時期流行的現代式樣，立面有水平線腳裝修，呈現簡潔風貌；室內為旅社小隔間，柱頭有西洋語彙裝飾，立面轉角呈圓弧造型，極具特色。本建築之格局與構造尚保存完整，能表現地域風貌，深具建築藝術價值。
English: This building is the only hostel in front of Pingtung Railway during the Japanese occupation period. It is witness the development history of Pingtung City. The architect Chen Renhe is one of the top ten architects in the south after the war.The structure of the building are still intact, can represent the regional style, and have the value of architectural art.
