中文（臺灣）：新生街5號、7號、9號-本三棟建築為1層樓石造建築，外牆為陽明山地區常見的石砌做法；新生街5號、7號庭院布置有石燈籠、庭石，室內引陽明山溫泉泉源，局部空間、細部則可見「數寄屋造」的表現手法，運用自然、質樸的建材塑造野趣與戶外的環境相互呼應；新生街9號內部鋪有地磚，亦有鋪設木地板之和室，為和洋折衷式建築。1950年5月，首任美國駐華大使藍欽入住新生街5號，1952年，中美雙方共同簽訂協議，以新生街7號連同9號、13號交換予美方，
