中文（臺灣）：乾隆二十九年（1764年）
國家於天后聖母，崇秩祀、廣祝釐，廟號宜加，令至肅也。故偏陬僻壤例同王京都邑圈 敢褻越識是道也。 淡水四面環海，舟楫之利遍通東南省會。前人建立慈祐宮，且將左右店租、魚池、渡租增入廟內香燈之費，無非体朝廷禋祀至意，以報鴻庥者也。 奈歷年久，則舞弊多。乾隆二十八年，首事等協仝街眾條呈分憲胡公；蒙准給示，仍撥入供費，案據，第恐規矩未彰，或致僧祝仍□□□；故勒石鐫碑，使赫然知有神灵在焉。爰并立規于後： 一議：宮內租稅不許僧俗擅自典賣；如違，許眾鳴官、即以法治，其業仍歸本宮。 一議：宮內主持僧須守規矩，併宮前不許築寮；如違，聽眾議交僧主持。 一議：所收租稅，每年除僧人、工資併香灯費用艮，共四十弍兩正；有餘賸，該每年諸神中秋及重陽共戲二檯。 公用不得糊塗分派，致缺供費。 |
