中文（繁體）：位於新竹市東區，原為為裕仁太子1923年出訪台灣所興建的圖書館。於2020年10月1日重新整修完畢並開放，現為活動展場兼圖書館，不定時舉辦展覽。
English: Located in the Eastern District of Hsinchu City, this was originally the library constructed during Crown Prince Hirohito's visit to Taiwan in 1923. It underwent a complete renovation and reopened on October 1, 2020. It now serves as an event venue and a library, hosting exhibitions from time to time. |
