中文:駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使偕僑務組張文華組長及經濟組陳伯彰組長,於6月2日應緬甸達新公司陳進學總經理邀請,參訪該公司位於仰光三井工業區的廠房,除瞭解其營運現況,並就緬甸近期匯市管制措施的相關影響交換意見。 陳總經理介紹,緬甸達新公司於1999年即設立,是達新集團海外最大的生產基地,目前有產線44條,員工約1,800人,主要生產雨衣與成衣,外銷歐洲與日本等地。由於緬甸勞工成本相對較低、穩定性頗高,有利勞力密集產業發展,加上享有歐美的零關稅優惠,近年緬甸來料加工成衣業發展快速,產業僱佣勞工近60萬人,對緬GDP、出口及就業均頗具貢獻。惟近期因全球疫情與緬甸政局的紛擾,先後衍生出國際海運延遲、歐洲訂單不穩定、電力供應成本大增等問題,至緬甸央行於4月間提出的出口外匯所得強制兌換措施,因達新公司列屬緬甸投資委員會(MIC)核定投資之豁免類別,並未受影響。另稍早歐洲品牌訂單已陸續回歸,因此緬甸成衣產業可望走穩。長期而言,陳總經理評估緬甸的整體投資環境仍具相當競爭力,倘緬甸政情能持穩,仍看好後續在緬發展的潛力與前景。(有關該公司的詳細資料,請參考http://www.tahhsin.com.tw/zh-TW/index.html。) |
