中文：竹北市長鄭朝方今(13日)至縣府拜會新竹縣長楊文科，雙方針對改善交通與道路維護管理等議題交換意見，並達成合作共識，為了鄉親的生活便利與品質，都會更加打拚施政。楊文科並指出，只要是對鄉親有益的事情，都請市公所方面盡管提出來，縣府和公所「一起打拚一起做」！

鄭朝方今上午到新竹縣政府拜會縣長楊文科，對於交通問題、豆子埔溪水環境改善、道路與公園維護管理、竹北東西區均衡發展等方面提出意見，包括希望新建連接竹北市與新竹市的跨溪橋梁、解決新竹縣市上下班交通雍塞問題等等。
楊文科指出，中國醫藥大學新竹附設醫院前路段要新建橋梁的部分，新竹縣端已經準備好了，但新竹市端過去延宕多時，連土地部分都還沒有進展，他日前已和新竹市長高虹安討論過，目前市府已開始著手進行。至於台一線替代道路，第一期工程從中正西路往南跨豆子埔溪、頭前溪，接到台68武陵路斷橋，縣府已準備要發包了，工程所在行政區屬於新竹市的部分，竹市也同意出錢，未來完工可望紓解新竹縣市交通壅塞。

雙方也就竹北豆子埔溪整治交換意見，副縣長陳見賢指出，縣府已著手整治了豆子埔溪的上半段，下半段部分希望市公所與縣府可以一起合作推動，把這條流經竹北市的重要溪流改頭換面，成為竹北市民最優質方便的休憩場域。另外在竹北地區的道路維管上，雙方也會就各自權責範圍作好維護管理，隨時協調合作。
