中文（臺灣）：診所於民國38年興建，混合中、西、日式建築風格，是縣籍知名作家劉慕莎女士老家，興建時期為台灣民生凋閉期，同期大型民宅數量有限，現今保存保存者更屬稀少，具稀少性。
診所位於銅鑼市區，是當地居民生活的醫療記憶場所，見證銅鑼地區發展及居民醫病關係，格局至今完整保留，值得登錄保存。
