| Description |
中文（臺灣）： 沙地花生多種植於壯圍與五結濱海地區，盛產月份為六至七月，因農區土壤屬砂質，故而得名。不少花生農在鄰近農地的宜蘭台二線濱海公路邊，擺攤自產自銷，形成在地一道風景。
產地於壯圍鄉集中於過嶺至東港地區，五結鄉則集中於季新村、利澤村、成興村三個村落。兩地農區多屬砂質土壤，不易積水排水性佳，適合花生的栽種。沙地花生含油量高，口感綿密味道香濃、軟硬適中，也適合加工成花生油或土豆仁。 近年來，由於鄉村人口老化，種植花生多半為當地老農，鮮少有年輕人投入該項產業。為了推廣沙地花生與復興產業，在每年的夏天的作物收穫期，五結鄉公所舉辦「土豆節」、後埤社區發展協會舉辦「壯圍後埤土豆節」，活動中除了能享用花生美食之外，還有以花生為主題之趣味競賽與DIY體驗，吸引遊客前來同樂。(拍攝地點：宜蘭縣壯圍鄉廍後路) |
