Description
中文（臺灣）：來自天津元鎮殿的軟身媽祖像，約莫有400年的歷史。文革時期信徒不忍媽祖金身遭紅衛兵破壞，便偷偷潛藏起來，1990年代輾轉流落到香港拍賣會。時任立法委員的陳癸淼（澎湖籍），向天后宮主殿媽祖請示獲同意後，斥資重金從香港拍賣會買下，便安置於偏殿東側迄今。
English: This Mazu Statue is over than 400 years. In the beginning, it was in Tianjin(天津) of China until Cultural Revolution in 1960's. 1990, Mr. Chen bought this Mazu Statue from Hong Kong auction, and set this one in the rear hall.
