近期中央流行疫情指揮中心持續規劃防疫措施鬆綁與調整，為充分做好開放準備，積極與各地方政府進行協商，啟動走訪22縣市。指揮中心指揮官王必勝、社區防疫組組長莊人祥今(18)日下午至雲林縣政府拜會張麗善縣長，就研擬新冠疫苗政策與規劃進行交流，聽取地方防疫經驗及回饋。
指揮官王必勝感謝張縣長帶領雲林縣政府團隊防疫期間的努力及協助，並說明未來新冠疫苗政策與規劃，也聽取地方防疫的經驗及回饋。王指揮官指出目前疫苗施打率還不夠，截至 2 月 17 日全國第 2 次追加劑的覆蓋率為二成左右。
縣長張長麗善指出，目前疫苗接種種類及劑次多樣，易造成民眾混淆，建議疫情指揮中心研擬改善接種模式，簡化及便於民眾施打。王指揮官也表示，未來將規劃每年每人打1劑COVID-19疫苗，接種疫苗須與前一劑間隔3個月，呼籲今(112)年尚未接種且符合接種資格者盡早接種，以增加接種覆蓋率及提升群體免疫力，避免罹患新冠肺炎重症及死亡的機率。

新冠肺炎病毒確診者死亡率降低，但幼(學)童、長者或患有慢性疾病者，仍屬於高危險族群，可以由醫師評估後接種COVID-19疫苗，增加免疫力，降低染疫後重症的風險。疫苗接種資訊歡迎登入雲林縣衛生局網站/疫苗地圖(網址:https://ylshb.yunlin.gov.tw/News.aspx?n=15251&sms=18466)，進行醫療院所接種日期、時間等資訊查詢，再前往醫療院所接種。另外學(幼)童及鄉親除接種疫苗外，也要遵守個人防疫措施，落實戴口罩、勤洗手、保持社交距離，避免不必要的群聚及移動，以保護自己及他人，避免感染的機率。
