中文（臺灣）：建物第一落的門屋為「出屐起」形式，採木造穿斗式屋架，下部為木作裝修，上部為編竹夾泥粉白牆。第二落的正身入口上方有泥塑彩繪「善居室」之門額，立面為磚造凹壽形式，屋簷下有磚疊澀砌法。
