Description
日本語:保岡勝也（大正14年）『欧米化したる日本小住宅』第5図。以下同書解説。 此家は玄關の西即ち現在の廣間の處に玄關が在つて日本家のみで在つたのを、 主人の依嘱に據り西方に洋室なる應接兼書斎と玄關を附け足し、 従来の玄關を廣間に改修したもので ある。大正六年九月完工したので、 應接間の北隅出張りの部分に書房机を置て、 カーテンで仕切った。主人、主婦、兒女三人、女中二人の家庭用で、 應接室廻りの洋室附加へ丈けに工費二千圓、 裝飾家具費六百餘圓を要した。 併しこれは模様 替の爲め其工費が割高になつて居るのは止を得ないと思ふ。 此間取の家を新築するとすれば、 六千圓乃至七千圓かければ中等のものに仕上げ得られると思ふ。
