中文（臺灣）： 羅東震安宮「地平天甯」匾懸掛於後殿二樓三官大帝神龕上方，為木作橫長形有邊框陽刻金字匾額。匾面略呈墨綠色，並施以鏍鈿。木匾邊框雕以花卉捲草紋並間以「壽」字圖案，下有西洋天使坐斗。上方邊框再附以雙龍護珠木雕，火珠下方懸以磬形，磬面陽刻以「福蘭社」。
中行為陽刻字「地平天甯」，係指三官大帝乃天官、地官與水官三者，共同保佑天地之均衡平靜。 上款為「民國甲子年置」，「民國」二字為後期更替，其底面仍可見「大正」二字，原上款應為「大正甲子年置」，即1924（大正13）年，該年年底羅東震安宮竣工落成。 下款為「羅東郡福蘭社 社員一同奉献」。羅東福蘭社為宜蘭地區歷史最悠久的北管社團之一，由陳輝煌擔任首任社長，其後曾因西皮福路之爭造成社員因分裂而減少，社務運作困難。在羅東震安宮日治中期重建後，由重建之建築主事胡慶森將震安宮後殿二樓提供福蘭社做為練習之所，才進而吸收會員，逐漸壯大，並在各地發展出以「福蘭社」為名的北管社團。因此，羅東福蘭社才敬獻木匾予羅東震安宮。 |
