中文（臺灣）：花蓮港高爾夫球俱樂部為台灣東部第一處高爾夫球場，亦為全台歷史第二悠久之高爾夫球場。於1928年（昭和3年）9月23日完竣，並於1935年10月落成。應是台灣唯一經歷日治後期及二戰後兩個時代所存留的高爾夫球場建築，反映1930年代東部台灣體育運動競技史之發展歷程及美崙市街之變遷，具高度歷史價值。
