①His57 がプロトンを負に荷電した Asp102 に譲渡する
②His57 が塩基となり、活性中心の Ser195 からプロトンを奪う
③Ser195 が活性化されて（負に荷電して）基質を攻撃する
(4)His57 がプロトンを基質に譲渡する
(5)Asp102 から His57 がプロトンを奪い ① の状態に戻る
