USCAR 広報局【原文】ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION: One of the many houses and buildings built on military leased land for POL right-of-way is shown in the picture, Taken at the Tsubogawa site of the recent POL pipeline break is a store clearly shown encroaching on the POL right-of-way. The Office of High Commissioner has repeatedly warned people not to build on the right-of-way and to those who have to evacuate. The marker at right clearly indicates the building shown to be encroaching on the military POL right-of-way. 【和訳】 違法建築 写真は、軍用地に建設された多くの住宅や建物のうちの一つであり、先日のPOLパイプライン破断現場の壺川で撮影されたもので、POLの用地内に侵入していることがはっきりと示されている。高等弁務官室からは、用地内に建物を建てないように、また立ち退きすべき人には何度も注意を促してる。右側の標識は、明らかに、軍のPOL用地に侵入していることを示している建物を示している。
