Description
中文（臺灣）：陳氏宗祠之祖先於清咸豐年間(1851~1874)遷台，定居下淡水里港地區起造，歷經約超過八代子孫，在當地頗富名望。日昭和年間(1926-1945)，起造祠堂，若依時代氛圍與經濟發展推估，應在1930年左右建成，以為世世代代傳承根基。民國38年大修建，雖然格局尚在，家廟型式逐漸凋零，有賴祭祀公業重拾香火、餘韻。
