Description
中文：即使受到 Covid-19 疫情影響，新光醫院國際醫療服務中心 （SKH International HealthCare Center）安排緬甸醫師赴臺進修計畫仍持續辦理。2022年第二批參訓緬甸醫師於9月16日抵臺，完成隔離後，即將在新光醫院展開為期三個月的臨床訓練。此次共五位緬甸醫師參與進修計畫，代訓科別有胃腸肝膽科、家醫科、腎臟科、急診及ICU。

新光醫院於本（26）日舉辦開訓典禮，除有侯勝茂院長、高尚志副院長、葉建宏副院長、洪子仁副院長、許榮輝執行長及相關教授與會，其餘出席的尚包括緬籍醫師團隊：白雪芬醫師、張慧傑醫師及黃艷珠醫師等。

駐緬甸臺北經濟文化辦事處李朝成大使特藉返臺之機，應邀出席開訓典禮並致詞。李大使就任3年以來歷經疫情及緬甸政治動盪，積極推動臺緬雙邊合作，也多次與新光醫院及其他醫療院所及 NGOs 合作緬甸防疫捐助活動、線上防疫研討會等；並積極支持代訓合作計畫。他期許臺緬醫界持續建立實質夥伴關係，創造雙贏。
