Description

Gao Yuefeng (Eric Golub) playing the er hu in Honolulu, 1991

Gao Yuefeng is an honorific name bestowed on me by Mr. Shen Fuqing of the Jiangsu Province (P.R.C.) Beijing Opera Company, in 1990. Translated from the Mandarin, it means 'a high musical summit'. Mr. Shen was one of my teachers on the er hu and jing hu
