中文（臺灣）：此盤的製作年代約為戰後時期（1945-1964），產地為鶯歌，材質為陶，尺寸為直徑38公分，高度4.5公分，重量約近2公斤，典藏於台灣碗盤博物館1樓展示空間。
龍鳳盤，又稱龍鳳紋雙喜盤，有龍鳳或雙鳳圖案，龍鳳之間圖紋為龍珠，兩鳳凰之間圖像為花卉或牡丹，有「雙鳳戲牡丹」之稱。製作使用轉印技術，施藍釉貼花，屬於釉下青花的龍鳳紋飾。龍鳳為祥瑞之物，盤中多有雙喜字紋及篆體長壽等紋樣，呈現既祥瑞、富貴又長壽的象徵，充滿吉祥喜氣的喜慶意涵，盤緣以回字紋做裝飾，亦有長壽寓意。 龍鳳盤在台灣古早時期宴會、流水席等，被總舖師多用來擺放綜合冷盤、全雞等菜餚。由龍鳳、鳳凰、雙喜與雙壽紋可知是喜氣場合使用，可用來盛裝祭祀用的牲禮，為辦桌文化的代表碗盤之一。 |
