한국어: 청풍 성열현인 악성 우륵이 신라 진흥왕 13년(552) 임지를 부엽공법으로 제언을 시축한 기념우표이다. 《충청도읍지》와 《제천군읍지》고적에, “우륵당은 의림지에서 동쪽으로 석봉의 남쪽에 있다. 전승하는 말에, 도인(道人) 우륵이 와서 거주한 곳으로 주춧돌과 기와 조각은 완연하게 폐허가 된 터이다. 혹은 우륵이 임지(林池)를 시축(始築)한 연고로 후세에 사람은 우륵을 위한 사당에서 공적을 보은한 곳이라고 말한다.”라고 기록하였다. 의림지 동쪽에 있는 우륵당은 폐지가 되었다. 경향신문 보도자료에 우륵이 552년 시축한 것으로 기록한 것은 정인구 박사의 논문을 인용한 것이다. |
