English: This quaint "Cottage hut" has been a " Beef Butchers shop" since the British era, a authentic "Heritage Butchers shop" in Mumbai city. In 2010, this piece of land could be worth crores of rupees and is also a reminder of the city's development from a small fishing village to one of the World's largest City's,with "Real Estate" prices amongst the 10 costliest in the World.This "Beef Butchers shop" opposite Potuguese church in Dadar is one of the last legacy's of "Colonial India", much before Independence in 1947.Mumba has changed beyond recognition since 1947, although this particular locality in Dadar has remained immune to "Father Time", most of the building construction being of "Old World Bombay",built prior to the "1992 Economic liberalisation reforms era" that "Leap frogged" Mumbai City into one of the World's costliest real estate city's
