Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Raj Rajeshwari group temples are five Hindu temples from 9th to 10th century on the north bank of Alaknanda river in Ranihaat village near Srinagar town, Uttarakhand. Nearby are the Surya group of temples ruin. The temple architecture is similar to those found in Odisha, northeastern Andhra Pradesh (Kalinga) and Jharkhand–Bengal border. Portions of the temples adopt Himalayan style. The artwork and temple fragments are for Shiva, Durga, Vishnu, Surya, Ganesha and other Hindu deities.
