Summary[edit]

Description
English: Eastbound Florida State Road 492 at a railroad crossing with a line owned by Florida Northern Railroad in Ocala, Florida. This line is a spur from a line previously owned by Florida Southern Railroad, then acquired by Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, before facing it's decline upon being merged into Seaboard Coast Line Railroad, and later into CSX Transportation. These tracks curve west under US 27-301-441 and connects to a spur that runs west towards a propane distributor on Northwest 27th Avenue, which doesn't use them. Historically, that spur used to be part of the Silver Springs, Ocala and Gulf Railroad and lead as far west as the Dunnellon-Rainbow Lake Estates area.
