Description 115th Fighter Wing Commander Col. Joe Brandemuehl renders a salute to President Barak Obama as the presidential limousine prepares to depart the Air National Guard aircraft ramp at Dane County Regional Airport in Madison, Wis. Nov. 4, 2009. The president visited the Air National Guard base on his way to Madison's James Wright Middle School to speak about education reform.
