הערות: בית העירייה הישן הממוקם במדרחוב רחוב רוטשילד בראשון לציון נבנה בעזרת כספי הברון רוטשילד ב1888 והיה בית פקידיו. בבית גרו מנהלי יקב כרמל, פקידיו הגנן הראשי והרופא האזורי. כונה גם בית הרופאים. בשנים 1888 – 1900 גר בבית הרופא אהרן מזי"א. קו הטלפון מהבית ליקב היה הקשר הטלפוני הראשון בארץ. בתקופת המנדט היו בבניין משרדי המועצה והוועד החקלאי. ב 1948 נמכר הבניין על ידי פיק"א למועצה המקומית ראשון לציון. הבית שימש כבית העירייה עד 2005. המבנה שופץ והפך להיות מלון בוטיק רפאל.
