Name: Tel Aviv - Beit Benin
Description: The Benin House was built on Rothschild Boulevard in the late 1930s for the Benin family, one of the wealthy families of the Eden community. It was built with great luxury in the international style of construction.

שם: תל אביב - בית בנין
תיאור: בית בנין נבנה בשדרות רוטשילד בסוף שנות ה-30 עבור משפחת בנין, מהמשפחות האמידות של קהילת עדן. הוא נבנה בפאר רב בסגנון הבנייה הבין – לאומי, (הידוע גם כסגנון הבאוהאוס) שהתבסס אז בתל אביב.
הערות: האדריכל זכי שלוש, שהיה חסיד של הסגנון הבינלאומי, תכנן את המבנה בסגנון האהוב עליו עם השפעות של אר-דקו. הבניין בנוי בצורת האות ר’ עם שני אגפים נפרדים, האחד פונה לשדרה והשני פונה לרחוב נחלת-בנימין. (ויקיפדיה)
