הערות: קיבוץ בְּאֵרִי בנגב המערבי, כארבעה קילומטרים מזרחית לרצועת עזה, במועצה אזורית אשכול. הוקם במוצאי יום כיפור 1946 ונקרא על שם ברל כצנלסון, ששמו העברי בארי. מיישובי עוטף עזה. מקימי הקיבוץ היו מהגרעינים הכשרת הנוער העובד והלומד במעוז חיים וגרעין של הצופים ב', אליהם הצטרפו עולים מעיראק. במלחמת העצמאות הופצץ הקיבוץ על ידי הצבא המצרי. ליד הקיבוץ הוקם משלט. בסיום מלחמת השחרור עבר הקיבוץ 3 קילומטר דרום מזרח. בשבת, 7 באוקטובר 2023, חדרו לקיבוץ מחבלי חמאס, רצחו 95 מתושבי הקיבוץ, וחטפו רבים אחרים.
