תיאור: אנדרטת "היריות הראשונות במלחמת העצמאות" ניצבת ברחבת עפר במקום האירועים. ברחבה דגל ישראל, מתקן לאבוקת זיכרון ובמרכז אנדרטת אבן מביאה את סיפור אירועי אותו בוקר בתש"ח, אירועים שסימנו את תחילתה של מלחמת העצמאות. (אתר יזכור)
