הערות: בית ליבלינג, בן שלוש קומות, נבנה לקבלן מקס ליבלינג ואשתו טוני שעלו לארץ מברלין ב 1933. הזוג התגורר בקומה העליונה. גרו בבית גם רופא הילדים פרופ' לודוויג פרדיננד מאייר והגינקולוג פרופ' יוסף אשרמן. הבית תוכנן על ידי האדריכל זוכה פרס ישראל דב כרמי והמהנדס צבי ברק. טוני ליבלינג נפטרה ב- 1963, חשוכת ילדים, והורישה את הבניין לעירייה, לשימוש תרבותי-חינוכי. בצוואתה הורתה ליבלינג להפוך אותו למעון ילדים, בית אבות או מוזיאון. 50 שנים, הבניין שימש למשרדים ולמשפחתון, בין השאר, עד שצוואתה הוגשמה.
