הערות: לבניין שתכנן האדריכל פנחס היט ונבנה ב 1936 חזית ראשית עם אריחי פורצלן שחורים ומסך זכוכית הנמתח לכל גובה הבניין. הבניין יועד למגורי בנות בודדות שהיגרו לתל אביב בעלייה החמישית וכאן מצאו דירת חדר, עם חדר אוכל ומטבח. בתל אביב היה נהוג לשכור חדר עם משפחה ושוכרים נוספים. בבניין בסך הכל 33 דירות קטנות. בהפצצת תל אביב על ידי חיל האוויר האיטלקי ב-9 בספטמבר 1940 הבניין סבל בעיקר מפגיעות הדף. האדריכל פנחס היט הוביל את השיפוץ. הבעלות על הבניין עברה מיד ליד ולבסוף עבר הנכס לידי "ארגון עולי מרכז אירופה".
