הערות: שְׂנִיר הוא קיבוץ מתנועת הקיבוץ הארצי. ממוקם באצבע הגליל בתחום המועצה האזורית הגליל העליון. שמו כאחד משמותיו של הר חרמון הסמוך. היישוב הוקם ב 1967 כהיאחזות נח"ל ברמת הבניאס. ההיאחזות אוזרחה כקיבוץ על ידי ארגון "השומר הצעיר". בסוף שנות ה-70 היה קיבוץ שניר הראשון בקיבוץ הארצי שהחליט על מעבר מלינה משותפת ללינה משפחתית. בתנועה סירבו והקיבוץ פרש תנועת הקיבוץ הארצי. בשנות ה-90 של המאה ה-20 עבר שניר הפרטה.
