Description
Deutsch: Friedrich von Nippenburg genannt Ur (dictus Urrus de Nippenburc) verzichtet gemeinsam mit seiner Frau und seinen Kindern zu Gunsten der Frau Elisabet, Witwe des Ritters Konrad von Enzberg (C. de Enzeberc) und ihrer Kinder gegen Zahlung einer bestimmten Geldsumme auf jegliches Anrecht irgendwelchen Namens an die Burg Kapfenhardt (castro dicto Kaphenhart). Ausgestellt auf der Nippenburg mit zahlreichen Zeugen. Besiegelt von Reichslandvogt Albrecht II. von Hohenberg, Graf Eberhard I. von Württemberg, Graf Konrad III. von Vaihingen und Stiftspropst Dietrich von Beutelsbach.
