Description Sgt. Joey Bourgeois of B Company, 237th Brigade Support Battalion, 37th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, instructs Serbian Sgt. Maj. Jenackovic of the 63rd Parachute Battalion, Special Troops Brigade, Serbian Armed Forces, on firing the M4 carbine at the Camp Perry Joint Training Center, June 9, 2013. Jenackovic, as well as nine other representatives of the Serbian Armed Forces, were observing the roles of noncommissioned officers in the U.S. Army, as part of the Ohio National Guard’s State Partnership Program with Serbia.
