Description Maj. Jeffrey Copeck (center), commander of the Oregon Army National Guard’s 102nd Civil Support Team, participates in an incident command brief during Resilient Response '13, a multi-day biological terrorism response training exercise, Sept. 13, in Corvallis, Ore. The multi-day exercise incorporated multiple threats, locations, and agencies to test various levels of the biological terrorism response protocols from the municipal level to the federal level.
