Description Members of the 224 Engineer Company, Oregon Army National Guard, search for simulated casualties while participating in theVigilant Guard-Alaska 2014 exercise, March 29, near Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska. The 224 Engineer Company provides the Search and Extraction element to the Oregon National Guard's CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP), which is working alongside the Hawaii National Guards CERFP training together to respond to a large-scale earthquake scenario.
