Description
English: Sculpture was designed by sculptors Karel Holub and Petr Holub. The concrete base of the monument is composed of three stages (on the first stage there is the year "1862" on the second stage there is slogan "Tužme se!" (We should be more strength ourselves!) and on the third stage is again the year "2012"). These three stages showing the different stages of the resistance (the first resistance, the second resistance, the third resistance), which involved members of Czechoslovak Sokol organization. The main part of the memorial consists of a metal plate with a cross section of men's figure in basic physical exercise position. This board symbolizes sokol organization to this time. There is vertical sign "150 years of Sokol" on the board and in the upper right of the memorial is placed the logo of Sokol organization. The space behind the plate goes on the concrete stage, which symbolically depicts the overlap Sokols ideas to this date and reflects the continuation of the Sokol journey.
