Description
English: The building located at 1700 19th Street NW in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C., was constructed in 1884. The building is a contributing property to the Dupont Circle Historic District. Previous occupants include Senator John W. Daniel, Ambassador Hannis Taylor, Commissioner of Patents John S. Seymour, physician Dr. Edward Murrell, the Shea & Gould law firm, Michael W. Moynihan & Associates, the International Monetary Fund, the Special Libraries Association, and the National Art and Crafts Institute.
