Description Secretary of the Army Dr. Mark T. Esper cheers on a competitor during the road cycling time trials outside the Royal Botanical Gardens during the Invictus Games Sydney 2018 at the Royal Botanic Gardens in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia; Oct. 21, 2018. The Invictus Games are an international adaptive sporting event with current and former wounded, ill, or injured service members from 18 nations competing in 12 adaptive sports including; archery, athletics, indoor rowing, powerlifting, road cycling, driving challenge, sailing, sitting volleyball, swimming, wheelchair basketball, wheelchair rugby, and wheelchair tennis.
