Español: - Lujo - Se està amueblando y disponiendo en la calle del Fuencarral la casa en que ha de habitar la señorita [Concepción] de Remisa luego que se efectue su enlace, proximo a celebrarse, como ya saben nuestros lectores, con el señor Moré, y nos han asegurado que la suntuosidad y el lujo con que dicha casa se està adornando, es tan estraordinario como si estuviera destinada para ser habitacion de principes, pues en todo se nota, non solo grandiosidad y riqueza, sino tambien la elegancia y el gusto mas esquisito. |

Español: Concepción de Remisa y Rafo era hjia de Gaspar de Remisa Miarons, (1784-1847) I marqués de Remisa y vizconde de Casa Sans y de Marianna Teresa Rafo de Tolosa (1802 1822). Concepción era hermana menor de Maria Dolores Remisa Rafo la mujer del II marqués de Remisa, don Jesús Muñoz y Sánchez, hermano del duque de Riánsares y del conde del Retamoso. Este segundo marqués de Remisa fundó El Plantío de Majadahonda conocido como el Plantío adonde iba a parar el paseo de Moret, marido de Concepcion. Las posesiones y negocios del II Marqués de Remisa eran numerosísimas, desde las Minas de Río Tinto hasta el Canal de Castilla considerándosele uno de los magnates más importantes del país junto con la familia Güell o el Marqués de Salamanca. El segundo marqués de Remisa no tenia descendientes directos. Concepcion era casada con Segismundo Moret (1838-1913).
