На звороті паспарту на паперовій наклейці напис чорнилом польською мовою: «1850 r. w Orenburgu wlasnoręczny portret Tarasa Szewczenki, ofirowany Arkadiuzowi Węgrzynowskiemu. Нижче олівцем: «Portretten Szewczenki przezniego [same]go malowany otrzymalem od mego wuya Ark[adiusza] Węgrynowskiego w Odessie w 1890 roku» **. Післянерозбірливого підпису: «N. B. Wegrzynowski byl towarzyszem wygnancia T. Szewczenki w Orenburgskich Rotach w 1850 r.» *** (*) 1850 року в Оренбурзі власноручний портрет Тараса Шевченка, подарований Аркадієві Венгжиновському (польськ.). (**) Цей портрет Шевченка, ним[самим] намальований, я отримав від мого вуя Арк[aдія] Венгжиновського в Одесі 1890 року (польськ.). (***) Н. Б. Венгжиновський був товаришем вигнанця Т. Шевченка в Оренбурзьких ротах у 1850 р. (польськ.). Сепія. 15,6 × 12,9. Місце створення: Казахстан, Кизилординська область, Аральський район, острів Косарал. Місця зберігання: з 1850 — власність А.М. Венгржиновського; з 1890 — у племінника Венгржиновського; з 1925 — у Музеї Наукового товариства імені Шевченка у Львові; з 1935 — у Національному музеї у Львові ім. А. Шептицького. |
