Español: NUEVO CAFE’ DE LA PAZ Abierto este café por Don Julian Uruburu en la calle de Carretas, sufriò las consecuencias de alguna demanda ejecutiva, y fallecido aquel, parece ser que, fue embargado el establecimiento por varios acreedores que en consecuencia pasaron a ser sus proprietarios, pero no con mejor suerte, pues a instancia de los herederos de D Eugenio Romillo [y Arena] ha sido nuevamente embargado y se ha procedido al desahucio, por lo cual ha tenido que cerrarse.

Italiano: NUOVO CAFFÈ DELLA PACE Questo caffè fu aperto dal Sig. Julian Uruburu in via Carretas [Madrid], subì le conseguenze di alcune domande esecutive e, quando morì, sembra che il locale fu pignorato da diversi creditori che di conseguenza ne divennero i proprietari, ma non con migliore fortuna, perché su richiesta degli eredi del Sig. Eugenio Romillo [Arena] è stato nuovamente sequestrato e sfrattato, motivo per cui ha dovuto chiudere.
