Summary

[edit]
Description

A postcard sent to Ted Claxton. Showing Holywell Hill, St Albans, England.

Note the men standing by the "offices" (toilets) on the left, also the pedestrians further up the hill. The road has many horse-droppings, and marks of cart-wheels. The Duke of Marlborough pub sign just says "The Duke". Above the pub, you can see the tower of St Alban's Cathedral.
