壽域祖祠碑記

Kí hiệu: 19131

Thác bản bia xã Thọ Vực tổng Trà Lũ huyện Giao Thủy phủ Xuân Trường 春長府膠水縣茶縷總壽域社, sưu tầm ở miếu xã Thọ Vực tổng Trà Lũ phủ Xuân Trường tỉnh Nam Định.

Thác bản 1 mặt, khổ 57 x 98 cm, gồm 14 dòng chữ Hán, toàn văn ước khoảng 600 chữ, có hoa văn, có chữ húy.

Niên đại: Tự Đức thứ 36 (1883).

Người soạn: Nguyễn Ngọc Quỳnh 阮玉瓊; học vị và khoa thi: Cử nhân khoa Tự Đức thứ 3 (1850); chức vị: Tri huyện huyện Hàm Yên, cải thụ Hàn lâm viện tu soạn.

Người viết: Phạm Văn Tùy 范文隨; học vị và khoa thi: Tú tài Kiến Phúc thứ 1 (1883).

Miếu ở bản ấp thờ 3 vị thần, vị thứ nhất không rõ tên, vị thứ 2 húy Cầm, nguyên tổ bắt đầu từ đó. Bia ghi việc trùng tu lại nhà thờ tổ và làm thêm tiền đường, xây tường, lợp ngói vào năm Tự Đức. Có ghi vị trí các thửa ruộng gửi giỗ.
