Italiano: Emilio Materassi su „Italona“ (Itala-Hispano Suiza speciale) durante la Targa Florio del 1926
English: Entry #19 at the 1926 Targa Florio was an Itala with a Hispano engine (5.8-litre, 4 cylinders), driven by Emilio Materassi.[1] He had an Itala dealership and had built this car on an Isotta-Fraschini chassis with an Itala body (probably Itala model 51) and this Hispano engine (engine from an aircraft).[2] It weighed around two tons and was nicknamed "Italone" or "Canarona" (it was painted canary yellow).
